The product

DepthGraver Desktop is downloadable software sold by Beam It Up Laser Works LLC. The advertised one-time price is not a subscription. A purchase permits continued use of the version delivered with your license, subject to these terms.

Desktop license

One DepthGraver Desktop license may be activated on two computers in any combination of supported Windows and macOS devices. The license is for the purchaser or purchasing organization and may not be resold, shared publicly, or used to provide access to unrelated third parties.

You may use DepthGraver for personal and commercial creative work. You retain ownership of your source files and the output you create.

System requirements

The current release supports Windows 11 on 64-bit PCs and Apple silicon Macs running macOS 14 or newer. Intel Macs are not supported. It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase; contact support if you are unsure.

Delivery and activation

Your license key and protected installer links are provided after confirmed payment and sent to the checkout email address. Initial activation requires an internet connection. Once activated, DepthGraver's core tools continue to operate offline.

Updates

The first DepthGraver Desktop update will be delivered as a new signed installer and announced by email. Built-in update checking is planned for a future release. Updates are intended to preserve active licenses and local settings, but keeping a backup of important files is always recommended.

14-day refund policy

If DepthGraver does not work for you, email support@depthgraver.com within 14 days of purchase using the checkout email address. We will refund the original purchase after confirming the order.

A refunded license will be deactivated. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live. Duplicate or unauthorized charges may be reported at any time.

Responsible use

Do not redistribute DepthGraver, publish license keys, bypass activation controls, or use the software in violation of applicable law. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Availability and liability

We work to provide reliable software and support, but no software is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, DepthGraver is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated here, and Beam It Up Laser Works LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future purchases or material product changes. The terms shown at the time of purchase govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to support@depthgraver.com.
